1. Respect People
Treat others with respect. Harassment, intimidation, stalking, and repeated unwanted contact are not allowed.
2. Prohibited Content
The following content is not allowed on Digi-Cam:
- Hate speech or dehumanizing content.
- Threats, incitement of violence, or glorification of violence.
- Sexual exploitation, including content involving minors.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Spam, scams, phishing, or fraudulent impersonation.
- Child sexual abuse material or attempts to exploit minors.
- Illegal goods, services, or activity facilitation.
3. Authenticity and Identity
Do not impersonate people, organizations, or brands in a misleading way. Misrepresentation intended to deceive or defraud is prohibited.
4. Privacy Boundaries
Do not share personal information about others without consent. Respect the audience settings of posts, messages, friend groups, and Candids, and do not misuse private or group-limited access to content. If you can see something in Digi-Cam, that does not give you permission to expose it elsewhere.
5. Messaging Conduct
Digi-Cam direct messages are participant-limited. Unwanted sexual content, coercion, harassment, threats, repeated abuse, and evasion of blocks or moderation through messages may result in account restrictions or removal.
6. Candids, Spam, Scraping, and Access Abuse
Do not scrape Digi-Cam, automate fake engagement, create fake accounts, bypass access controls, misuse Candid invite links, misuse signed URLs, or use the service for scams, phishing, or bulk unsolicited outreach.
7. Reporting and Blocking
Use in-app report controls for posts, Candid photos, comments, messages, or users. Use block controls to reduce interaction, but understand that blocking may not prevent all off-platform conduct or all visibility in every context. We review reports and can remove content or limit access where violations are found.
8. Enforcement
Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, temporary restrictions, rejection of profile or media changes, direct-message restrictions, or account termination depending on severity and repeat behavior.
